Total Body Fitness w/ Joe
Class Series - 4 weeks
This 4-week workshop, which will be held for one hour per week, is intended for those who are interested in improving their strength and flexibility through the practice of yoga. During the first three weeks this beginner level practice will focus on strengthening a different area of the body. The areas of focus each week will include upper body (shoulders, arms, and chest), mid body (core) and lower body (hips, legs, and ankles). The final week will focus on strengthening the total body.
